Shipping

We ship within Australia by tracked post. Orders are usually packed within 3–5 business days. Local pickup in Melbourne is free; we'll email you to arrange a time.

Handmade variation

Every piece is handmade, so colour, glaze and shape vary slightly from the photos.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or has a fault, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Because pieces are one-of-a-kind, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. Please get in touch if you have questions before ordering.

Classes

If you can't attend, let us know at least 7 days before for a transfer to another session.
